- comments: found no procedure/plan for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events. Instructed to provide and maintain required procedure/plan and appropriate supplies or kit. (necessary items at a minimum: gloves, face masks, disposable mops and appropriate sanitizer/spray that kills norovirus) priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued

- comments: instructed to detail clean and maintain storage racks with white and green mold like build-up inside walk-in cooler.

- comments: found handsink (next to 3 compartment sink) with no hot and cold running water and faucet handle loose and in poor repair. Instructed to fix. Priority violation 7-38-030 (c) citation issued

- comments: previous core violations not corrected from inspection report# 2522156 issued on 06-30-2021 priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued #51 - repair the leaking sink stopper lever at the middle compartment of the 3 compartment sink. #53 - must provide a covered waste receptacle in all women's washrooms. #53 - the basement employee washroom lacks a self-closing device on the door. Must install. #56 - observed inadequate lighting in the dry storage/dishwashing room next to the food prep kitchen. Must provide adequate lighting in this area.
