- comments: observed 6- prepackaged bags of popcorn on display for sale that appears to have been gnawed on by rats. Food is not wholesome and unsafe for human consumption. Product was discarded by manager. Must monitor and maintain stock daily. Appx. 1. 2lbs. $8. 54. (priority 7-38-005)(citation issued)

- comments: observed an appx. '3/4-1' gap along bottom of front door. Must make door tight fitting.

- comments: observed appx. 100 or more rat droppings on floor under all unused deli display units,on lower shelf of unused coolers,next to rear door,on floor under shelving units in large beer walk in cooler in rear area,chip display unit,under beer pallets on sales floor & side storage,on lower shelf at service counter,motor of unused soda cooler near gaming machines. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 12/7/2020. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
