- comments: observed over 100 mice droppings scattered inside cabinets under cold holding units and shelves under hot holding units, on floor behind vending machine in serving area, on floor along walls and corners bheind vending machines in lunchroom, on floor along walls and corners in utensil storage and dry storage areas, on floor, window ledges, and rolling cart in teachers lounge. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed no hot water at left hand washing sink in boys washroom in mobile unit. Observed missing cold water handle on left hand washing sink in boys washroom near lunchroom. Observed leaking hot water faucet on hand washing sink in boys second floor washroom. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.
