- comments: observed grease and food debris underneath cooking equipment in rear prep area. Also observed dirty floors with food debris/spills throughout kitchen preparation area. Instructed manager to detail clean, sanitize, and maintain.

- comments: observed multiple blown out lightbulbs underneath hood vent in the rear kitchen prep area. Instructed ro replace blown out lightbulbs and maintain.
