Manager immediately and voluntarily disposed of 22 lbs of products worth $864. 00 through denaturing process. Priority violation #7-38-005. Citation issued.
33. Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control
- comments: equipment not maintaining proper temperature. Noted temperature of display cooler at the display area to be improper at 57. 2f. Instructed not to use equipment until maintaining proper temperature of 41f and below. Priority violation #7-38-005. Citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: noted evidence of animals (dogs) brought inside the premises at the time of inspection that are not service dogs. Instructed management: no animals are allowed inside a food establishment unless they are service animals. Priority foundation violation #7-40-060. Citation issued.

- comments: noted some use of milk crates for elevation at the display area. Must provides appropriate shelving for storage. All food items must also be stored 6' away from the wall.
