Suspected source: Something I ate at Golden coral mashed pots with gravy baked fish Mac n cheese fried chicken Brussel sprouts fried okra broccoli with cheese sweet potatoes. Or bread pudding

Additional information: It's the only thing other than a bag of chips I ate all day.
