- comments: observed no handwashing signage at handsinks in rear prep area. Instructed person in charge to provide handwashing signage and maintain at all times.
37. Food properly labeled; original container
- comments: observed non-original containers of bulk ingredients not labeled with common name (sugar, soy sauce). Instructed person in charge to label all containers of bulk ingredients with common name and maintain.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of rodent activity on the premises. Observed approximately 40 mouse droppings on the floor of the rear storage area behind the chest freezer and under the storage shelves by cases of soda and behind door. Also observed approximately 40 mouse droppings on the stairs leading down to basement. Instructed pic to sanitize and remove all rodent droppings from all affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation #7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed build up of rust on bottoms of prep tables in rear. Instructed person in charge to repair surface to make smooth and easily cleanable.
