- comments: observed a dead mouse on a glueboard under the exposed hand-washing sink in the food prep area and a dead mouse on the ground in the basement. Management instructed to clean and remove all dead rodents.

- comments: observed approx. 200 mouse droppings on the floor around both exposed hand washing sinks, behind the smoker unit, in the dry storage room beneath the food storage shelves, in the washroom and on the ground in the basement. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings from all affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity throughout the premises. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.
