Inspectors found significant food safety violations during the inspection. The high-temperature dish machine was sanitizing utensils at 110°F instead of the required 180°F final rinse temperature, and a "held for inspection" tag was placed on the unit. Inspectors also found pest activity, including one live roach, several dead roaches, and about 30 or more live small flies in food preparation, dishwashing, dry storage, and bar areas. A citation was issued for the pest violation.

Additional issues included unlabeled bulk food containers, utensils not stored properly, worn cooler and freezer door gaskets, rust on cooler shelving, and grease or food debris buildup on equipment, walls, floors, shelving, and fan guards.
