- comments: observed tcs foods on site not from an approved source. Tcs foods on site such as raw chicken, lamb, chicken thighs, feta cheese and goat. Person in charge cannot provide receipts or proof where food came from. Food discarded and denatured. Food weighing approximately 100 lbs at a cost of $1,800. Priority violation. 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed food inside of clear bottles stored on prep counter without a label or name. Must provide common name on food item when out of its original container.

- comments: observed over 100 rat droppings in rear storage area. Must eliminate, clean and sanitize all affected areas. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.
