- comments: observed hand washing sink not accessible in deli area. Observed 2- large pots,crates and large bin on floor in front of said sink. Articles were removed during inspection. Must keep hand sink accessible at all times. (priority foundation 7-38-030(c)(citation issued)(cos)

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 25 or more mice dropping under storage shelf and a massive amount of cardboard and product on floor throught garage food storage area could be a possible rodent harborage area not able to access. Must remove droppings , elevate & remove articles ,clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 3/29/21. - comments: observed an appx. '1/2-3/4' gap along bottom of garage door. Must make door tight fitting.
