Observed a 1/4 inch opening at the side exit door of the recreation room; instructed to seal opening at bottom of the door.

- comments: instructed to clean floors under around and behind all cooking equipment, under shelves in dry storage room, in furnace room inside of kitchen, inside of walk-in cooler and inside of walk-in freezer to remove spillage and ice build up. Instructed to clean walls in kitchen area around and behind equipment to remove splatter and maintain.

- comments: previous priority foundation violation not corrected from report #2591974 on 4-2-24:38-observed over 60 mice droppings scattered on paper bags and boxes of aprons in dry storage area, on floor along wall behind utensil storage shelving, on pallets and on floor under pallets in single service articles storage, on floor along walls and corners in furnace room, on floor along walls and corners in mechanical room adjacent to kitchen. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority 7-42-090 citation issued.
