- comments: observed the rear exit kitchen door with a 1/4 inch opening at the bottom right side; instructed to replace the bent door sweep at the bottom of the door to seal opening. Observed a 1/4 inch opening at the side exit door of the recreation room; instructed to seal opening at bottom of the door.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed rodent activity on premises. Found 60 or more mouse droppings inside the fryer in the kitchen, on the bottom of the prep table next to the fryer, in the furnace room in the kitchen on the floor and in the dry storage room on the floor under the storage shelves. Instructed to clean all areas and maintain. Have pest control company service prior to reinspection next week. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) issued.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: instructed to clean the following and maintain: bottom of prep tables, exterior surfaces of all cooking equipment, bottom area of fryer.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: instructed to clean floors under around and behind all cooking equipment, under shelves in dry storage room, in furnace room inside of kitchen, inside of walk-in cooler and inside of walk-in freezer to remove spillage and ice build up. Instructed to clean walls in kitchen area around and behind equipment to remove splatter and maintain.

- comments: observed the vents above the cooking equipment in need of cleaning; scheduled for cleaning on april 8, 2024.
