High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Front counter : Sausage 121° (hot holding). Observed under no temperature control. Food in unit less than 2 hours. Operator reheated to 150° (1st reheat) . **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
