Burrito Breakfast Gone Wrong - Gual Berto's, Riverton Utah

I stopped by on Saturday Morning for some breakfast. I ordered a steak, egg , potato burrito , chips N salsa and a Medium drink.I paid the bill and walked over to the soda fountain selected coke and noticed the dispenser was filthy. The soda was flat. So I proceeded to the salsa bar after grabbing a seat at a filthy table. The cilantro did not look fresh and the green salsa had unfamiliar chucks of red items inside of the container (could of been red peppers I was not in the mood to dig around.
So my order is up I st down at the table unwrapped my burrito set it in on the Styrofoam plate poured some green salsa, red salsa, onions , cilantro on top of it . Took a knife and fork an cut into the burrito. I took a bite. There was not much of a taste to the contents wrapped inside the tortilla. The addtional toppings helped the bland flavor.
I then proceed to open the container of my chips N salsa order. The chips where good. I grabbed a chip and dipped it into the salsa. To my surprise the salsa seemed kind of like jello. It was not the usual liquid consitancy. I mixed it up tried a few more bites and put it aside. I ate about half the burrito more chips and none of the container filled salsa.
A couple of hours later , I was vomiting like the girl in the exorcist. and had the worst diarrhea i have ever had in my life.
I will not go back to this establishment ever again. I justwanted to make sure that this was documented. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
