10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no handwashing signage at hand wash sink in the sensory motor classroom and in the washrooms for classsroom 1 and 2. Instructed to provide.

10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed hand wash sinks in classroom 6, classroom 1 and clasrroom 2 washrooms not maintained properly with hot water at improper temperature of 56. 1. F, 48. 2f and 48. 4f, respectively. Instructed that hot water at all hand washing sinks must be at least 100f. Manager contacted a plumber/technician for service. Service technician arrived at approximately 11:20am. Priority violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed food items (cereal and orange wedges) left uncovered in classrooms. Instructed to provide food grade lids and/or coverings.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed food items stored in plastic grocery bags in the refrigerator and freezer. Instructed to use proper food grade storage bags and containers.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed exposed ceiling tile in classroom 6 and at the overhead vent in classroom 4 washroom. Instructed to seal openings.
