** I’ve ordered from this restaurant many times and have not had any issues before now.

I had some Chinese food on 4/20 for dinner. I had vegetable fried rice and pu pu platter apps (egg roll, chicken fingers, chicken wings, beef terriyaki, and boneless spare ribs).

I started to get a headache the afternoon of 4/21 and everything went down from there. Over the next three days, I’ve experienced nausea, stomach cramping, vomiting, and diarrhea. I couldn’t keep anything down. At one point on Saturday (4/23) I felt almost normal. I did some errands but got exhausted after. And then it started all over again later that night. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps
