- comments: observed approximately 30 mouse droppings scattered in the basement area near chest freezers. Instructed the person in charge to remove all droppings, sanitize the area, and inform the pest control service of the activity. Priority foundation #7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed four-compartment sink with one compartment used for handwashing with no partition/splash guard between handwashing and warewashing compartment. Instructed person in charge to provide splash guard/ barrier between handwashing and warewashing compartments.

- comments: observed build up of grime and dust on wall of dishwashing area. Instructed person in charge to clean and maintain.
