- comments: observed approx. 15 live small flying insects on the ceiling, walls, and storage shelves in the food prep area, dish washing area, mop closet next to the food prep area, and in the dry storage room. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.
