- comments: observed over 30 mice droppings scattered under pallets and pop crates along wall across from reach-in coolers in rear storage area, 10 mice droppings on electrical outlets, 10 mice droppings scattered on shelving unit and boxes in rear dry storage area, 20 mice droppings scattered on ladder and grease trap in rear prep/dish washing area, 20 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls and corners in hot water heater room, 10 mice droppings scattered on floor in pop storage room. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: observed food items stored on floor. Instructed manager to elevate all items six inches off floor.

- comments: observed soiled wiping cloths stored on prep table. Instructed manager to store in sanitizing solution between uses.

- comments: observed ice scoop laying on ice inside chest freezer. Instructed manager to store ice scoop handle up to prevent contamination.

- comments: observed accumulated grease and food debris on interior and exterior surfaces of grill, holding units, fryers, prep tables, shelving units, coolers, and freezers. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
