- comments: observed slight pink build-up inside ice machine around ice chute. Must clean interior of ice machine and maintain.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed 20 mice droppings at front prep area under steam table in cabinet and 10 mice droppings on floor at dry storage area around all walls. Must remove all mice droppings by the date of reinspection. Advised to call pest control operator for service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a).
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed food/grime build-up on interior of prep area sinks and food build-up on shelves throughout prep areas and dishwashing area. Must clean and maintain equipment.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: dishwash 3-compartment sink floor drain draining slowly. Instructed said floor drain must drain quickly.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed accumulated dust build-up on ceiling tiles/ceiling ventilation covers throughout rear prep area and dishwasher area. Must clean ceiling tiles/ceiling ventilation covers.
