I got a sandwich on 5/4/2026 from the deli case, it had Colby cheese, sour dough bread, bacon and turkey…no avocado, lettuce or tomato because they were forgotten. It was called the other coast club. I had it about 2pm this afternoon and my symptoms of watery diarrhea started around 09:30 this evening. It was the only thing I ate today besides a peanut butter mousse bar, which was also from your bakery. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache
