- comments: found no hand sink at bar area/juice and beverage preparation area (front of premises). Must provide. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030c citation issued.

- comments: soiled wiping cloths must be held in a container with a sanitizing solution.

- comments: noted an ice scoop with a handle inside the ice of the ice machine. Must store in a clean container or handle inverted in ice.

- comments: exterior of the cooks line equipment with excessive grease. Must clean and maintain. -----peeling plastic on the exterior of the basement freezer must be removed.
