- comments: observed slight build up inside ice machine. Must clean interior of ice machine and maintain.

- comments: observed 2 live roaches in prep area wall under shelves at southeast corner. Instructed manager must remove all live roach activity by date of reinspection. Advised to call pest control operator for service. Priority foundaion 7-38-020(a).

- comments: observed accumulated food debris on exterior of dishmachine. Must clean exterior of dishmachine and maintain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed accumulated food/dirt biuld up on floor at prep and diswash area. Must detail clean floor throughout prep and diswash area and maintain.
