- comments: 4-602. 13 clean the interior of the deep fryers.

- comments: 6-501. 12 clean the floor throughout the food prep areas and dry storage rooms under the 3-compartment sink, and around the grease trap.

59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: 8-404. 13 (b)(3) previous priority foundation violation from report #2594301 on 5/9/24 not corrected: 38 - observed evidence of rodent activity on the premises. Observed approx. 100 mouse droppings on the floor of the dry storage room and 2 non-working walk-in coolers that are used for storage under the dry storage shelves in the food prep area, on the rolling shelves and boxes on the shelves in the dry storage room, around the grease trap under the 3-compartment sink, in the mop closet, and behind the cooking equipment. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings in all affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
