- comments: observed appoximately 20 rodent droppings in corner of kitchen near entrance to lunchroom. Observed 200 rodent droppings in dry storage area floor and shelves. Observed approximately 10 droppings in preschool room close to bathrooms in corner of closet. All rodent droppings need to be eliminated and all affected areas need to be cleaned and sanitized. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed all shelves in dry storage area unclean. Clean and sanitize all shelves. Maintain dry storage area.

- comments: observed opening in corner of kitchen floor to the left of entrance to lunchroom. Close hole in corner to deter pest entry. Observed hole around large pipe in corner of kitchen. Close hole to deter pest entry. Obseved opening of wall in dry storage room. Close opening in wall to deter pest entry.

- comments: observed clutter in dry storage closet in rear of kithcen creating harborage for rodents. Must remove all unecessary items and maintain closet with all items stored up off floor and away from walls.
