38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: 6-501. 111 observed evidence of pest activity on site. Observed about 30 rodent droppings in the rear storage area along the north wall and in the corner, observed about 10 rodent droppings around the hot water heater and observed about 20 rodent droppings around the condenser of an unused reach in freezer in the middle storage room. Instructed to eliminate pest activity, clean and sanitize affected areas and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-020(a).

43. In-use utensils: properly stored
- comments: 3-304. 12 observed small plastic cups used to scoop barbeque and hot sauce left inside of the product. Instructed to not store scoops inside of the product.

45. Single-use/single-service articles: properly stored & used
- comments: 4-502. 13 observed cardboard being used as a shelf liner at the front customer service counter lower shelf and the front prep table lower shelf. Instructed to not reuse cardbaord, all surfaces should be smooth and easily cleanable.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: 4-201. 11 observed the toilet bowl in the men's room is missing the lid for the top part of the toilet bowl. At the time of the inspection the facility has a random large plastic covering the top part of the toilet bowl. Instructed to replace with an actual toilet bowl lid and maintain.
