- comments: observed evidence of appx. 40 or more mice droppings on counter top behind micrwave,counter top display shelves and ledge,under liquor cooler,black wire rack behind service counter,on floor behind ice freezer and a dead mouse on glueboard in between pallet under refrigerator in rear storage area. Must remove droppings and dead mouse,clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 8/9/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: must repair or replace damaged ceiling tile over liquor storage in rear storage area. Must provide floor tiles on plywood floor in rear liquor storage area to be smooth and easily cleanable,damaged floor tiles in walk in cooler and floor tile under runner near cooler and entry to front door. Must finish wall to be smooth and easily cleanable under hand sink.
