- comments: observed the second hand washing sink in men's toilet room not operable must repair and maintain.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 22 or more mice droppings on floor next to refrigerator in kitchen ,under lower cabinet in class room #107 and in a plastic bin inside of cubbie in class room #122. Also 2- live ants crawling behind toilet in class room #120. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas pest control arrived on site during inspection. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
