- comments: observed no hot water throughout facility hot water measured between 77-93 f at the following sinks: bar hand washing sink, bar 3 compartment sink, (2) kitchen hand washing sinks, kitchen 3 compartment sink and kitchen 2 compartment sink. Instructed manager to provide hot water with a minimum temperature of 100 f at all hand washing sinks and a minimum temperature of 110 f at all other hand washing sinks. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
