I ordered a Club Sub from Jersey Mike's at LaGuardia. I got it "Mike's Way" without onions and added pickle. Symptoms started approx 2 hours after consumption. I also saw Delta Ground crew order other sandwiches that contained lettuce and Tomato. My Spouse also had a roast beef sandwich but without lettuce and tomato and only onion added without mayo. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills
