- comments: observed no handwashing sink in the rear produce department area where produce is washed at the 1-compartment sink. Instructed management that a handwashing sink must be located to allow convenient use by employees in all food prep areas. Must install a handwashing sink in said area. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed broken gage on equipment thermometer where packaged potato salads are stored. Must repair or replace equipment thermometer.

- comments: observed grease on floors around fryers in deli prep area. Must clean and maintain.
