All food containers or food contact items such as wax paper and bags for egg rolls, must be washable containers or single use food grade disposable plastic bags. ----must not use cardboard as a means of repair for equipment. Broken/missing door handle on the walk-in cooler noted repaired with a block of raw wood and string. Must properly repair/replace with cleanable material. ----interior doors of the cooks line two door cooler in poor repair with broken metal and torn door gaskets. ----plastic buttons on the microwave oven in poor repair, peeling plastic. Must replace/repair all.
