- comments: observed a pin hole in door frame of front entry door and a gap in center along bottom of same. Must make door tight fitting.

- comments: must clean grease and food debris build up from fryer cabinets,walk in cooler shelving units,grill table.

- comments: observed garbage can lid missing in unisex toilet room must provide and maintain.
