- comments: observed a package of peanuts on the storage shelf near the front door gnawed on and contaminated by rodents. Management voluntarily discarded the affected product. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed a pest infestation throughout the premises. Over 500 rodent droppings were observed on the floor underneath and on the wooden and plastic pallets, and behind the refrigeration units on the floor. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings throughout the premises. Priority violation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed no covered waste receptacles in both washrooms. Management instructed to provide.
