- comments: previous priority foundation violations not corrected from report #2589831 on 2-21-24:38-observed over 100 mice droppings scattered on bases of rolling carts in serving and prep area, on shelves and floors along walls and corners inside closets in pre-k storage 102b, 103b and 104b. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. 60-previous core violations not corrected from report #2574944 on 4-26-23:47-must repair or replace worn door gaskets on 2- door reach in cooler near dry food storage area, hot holding wall unit. 55-must elevate, remove and organize articles off of floor and away from walls in all pre-k closets and classrooms. 56-must repair or replace cracked light shield in walk in cooler, missing light shield in walk in freezer.
