- comments: observed evidence of appx. 65 or more mice droppings in kitchen-on top side and on floor of radiator. Dry food storage area-along wall bases,behind door and under radiator. Lunch room-under radiator near register. Food managers office-on floor between file cabinet,next to coffee table and radiator. Pre-k room 103 cubbies. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 1/23/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: must elevate milk from floor in walk in coolers and store properly.

- comments: observed outside garbage dumpster lid missing , trash above rim and 2 other lids wide open. Must replace missing lid,push trash inside of dumpster and keep lids closed. (priority foundation 7-38-020(b)
