- comments: observed chipped paint on shelving units inside walk-in cooler. Instructed manager to replace and maintain.

Observed spills and residue inside ice dispenser and spigots on soda machines in drive thru and self-service areas. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed leaking faucet at front hand washing sink, leaking pipe at utility sink and damaged basin on utility sink. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed no covered waste receptacle in rear unisex washroom. Instructed manager to provide.

- comments: observed food debris, spills and grease buildup on floors under shelving units in prep and storage areas, under holding units in prep area, under 3-compartment sink, behind fryers, along walls and corners in prep, storage and dish washing areas. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: previous core violations not corrected from report #2569420 on 1-9-23:51-must repair or replace leaky pipe underneath 3-compartment sink. 55-must remove mold build up on walls over & next to 3-compartment sink, mopsink. Must clean food debris build up and splatter from walls throughout premises. Must repair or replace damaged and missing wall & floor tiles in walk in cooler ,prep & dish washing areas. Must scrape chipping paint on ceiling above mopsink. Priority foundation 7-42-090 citation issued
