- comments: found no city of chicago sanitation manager on premises while handling tcs foods. (handles chicken, mashed potatoes,coleslaw,etc. )priority foundation. Citation issued. 7-38-012. Must provide.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: found no backflow prevention devices at ice machine, iced tea machine, and hot water dispenser. Must provide where they can be located and serviced.
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: found 3 compartment sink slowly draining. Found toilet in men's restroom leaking onto bathroom floor. Priority violation. Citation issued. 7-38-030c. Must repair/clean out grease trap etc. Instructed management to make woman restroom unisex until repaired. Management states they will monitor restroom.
