- comments: previous core violations from 10/28/22 report 2566203 not corrected: 49: must clean excessive grease and food debris build up on fryer cabinets,interior panel of ice machine,wheel bases, prep tables,hot & cold holding units shelving units,soda cabinet in dining area,hand sink in drive-thru area,rolling carts,storage walk in cooler-shelving units and fangaurd covers, chicken walk in cooler-fanguard covers,shelving units,pipes of cooking equipment,soda nozzles. 53 : must provide a lid on garbage cans in unisex toilet rooms. 55 : must grout floor throughout premises. Noted excessive grease, floor, and liquid in worn grout lines. Must repair or replace damaged and missing wall bases in prep areas,dish washing ,drive-thru 55 : must clean debris and grease build up from floor under,around,along wall bases throughout prep areas,dish washing,storage and walk in cooler & freezer.
