Hello,I would like to report a severe food poisoning incident I experienced after dining at Kura Revolving Sushi Bar
I dined there on Tuesday, July 16th, 2024, between 6-7 PM. I had the following rolls: rice, tuna, eel, shrimp, egg, beef, and fish eggs. The food was served on a rotating conveyor belt system. While the concept is novel, I am concerned about the safety and freshness of the sushi as it rotates at room temperature. I am unsure how often they dispose of food that has been out for an extended period. This raises concerns about the potential for contamination and food safety.
After dining there, I experienced violent vomiting, shaking, and diarrhea within a few hours. I have never had issues with eating sushi before and am familiar with the symptoms of food poisoning, having experienced it in the past.
Please investigate the food handling and safety practices at this restaurant to prevent others from suffering a similar experience.
Thank you | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Shaking
