- comments: observed no hand washing signs or posters near hand washing sink in rear food preparation area and women's washroom. Must provide.

- comments: must label food storage containers when food is not in the original container.

- comments: found outside garbage area not maintained. Observed outside garbage dumpster overflowing preventing lid from closing properly. This is harborage and a food source for rodents and other other pest. Priority foundation violations 7-38-020(b). Citation issued.

- comments: observed heavy dust build up on ceiling ventilation vents throughout premises. Must clean and maintain.

Management instructed to store all wet wiping cloths in a container of sanitizer. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090.
