- comments: observed no thermometer in the produce walk-in located behind the butcher/deli area. Observed no thermometer within the buther deli case. Install and maintain working thermometers at all times.

- comments: all pre-packaged foods and pre-packaged prepared foods such as rice pudding inside coolers and freezers, must be labeled with the product name, list of ingredients, business name, and address.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed no working reach in freezer in supermarket portion of store not working. The freezer was empty at the time of inspection and unclean. Clean and maintain the cooler to prevent any rodent or insect issues. Repair or remove the freezer unit.
