- comments: observed approximately 20 rat droppings on the floor in the utility closet that is located between the washrooms. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings from the premises. Additional pest control service is needed to minimize or eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: clean the grease buildup inside of the deep fryer cabinets, exterior and interior of the toaster oven with heavy food buildup, lower shelves of prep tables, the outside of the food storage containers used to store sauces, and the interior of the chest freezer.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: clean the stainless steel wall behind the cooking equipment. Clean the floor of the walk-in cooler.

57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed several food handling employees without a food handler certificate. Management instructed that all food handling employees must show proof of training.
