the counter was blocked with a metal storage rack and a toaster oven on top of the storage rack in front of the hand washing sink. The rear exposed hand washing sink was blocked with a table and chairs in front of the hand washing sink. Management instructed to maintain all exposed hand washing sinks accessible for use at all times. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

Three days ago, We stayed at Flag Hotel in Madeira by the sea. We did not eat in the hotel, but we ate at the restaurant nearby, we suspect the food poising from the seafood, mussels and fish. And both my boyfriend and I are suffering from
diarrhea and vomiting. My boyfriend is getting better after two days from sickness, and I am right now still suffering from the pain. Yesterday, we took a boat to Porto Santo and I just staying in a hotel.

I ate these fairly often for months with no issues, but I had some last night and woke up with diarrhea so severe I was contemplating calling an ambulance. I was feverish, nauseous, had chills, my toes were going numb. I've eliminated just about everything by now
and I still have abdominal cramps similar to my period as well as bad lower back pain. I love the taste, but now I'm scared to eat it ever again. I feel like I got a bad flu overnight.

Had a glass Sat w some pizza. The next morning Diarrhea, burning sensation in my throat, stomach pain and headache that followed later in the day. Had no desire to eat or drink the entire day. On Monday woke up feeling better, ate the pizza around noon
w no issue (I was trying to determine what made me sick bc 3 others had the pizza, w no issue). Then around 3:20pm I took a sip of the lemonade and boom. Throat has an acid burn again, stomach is rumbling :-( so I found the cause of my sickness. Coca-Cola lemonade.
