- comments: observed evidence of appx. 50 or more mice droppings in unused walk in cooler on floor under shelving units and on shelving unit,on #10 can cart,on lower shelving units on serving line in lunch room. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 3/4/22. (priority foundation 7-38-02(a)(citation issued)

- comments: must clean food build up inside of microwave in lunch room.

- comments: must clean debris build up on exterior of grease trap at 3- compartment sink.

- comments: must repair or replace low hot water pressure at hand sink in office toilet room and slow drain at 3rd fl. Boy's hand sink.
