- comments: observed low hot water pressure at hand sink in boy's 2nd fl. Toilet room must repair and maintain.

- comments: observed a gap along bottom of delivery door must make tight fitting to prevent rodent entry.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 40 or more mice droppings on floor and on stored items in dry food storage /chemical area,on outlet cover behind milk cooler & on floor behind garbage can and in electrical closet on serving line. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 1/9/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
