10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: 6-301. 14 observed no handwashing sign at the handwashing sink located in the deli meat food prep area. Instructed to provide.

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: 6-501. 111 observed evidence of insect activity on site. Observed about 3 live large flies flying around the deli meat food prep area and about 3 live large flies flying inside of the pastry container in the customer service area, at the time of the inspection all pastries were covered with a plastic covering. Instructed to eliminate live large flies activity, clean and sanitize affected areas and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-020(a).

- comments: 6-202. 15 observed the front entrance door with a 1/4 inch gap in between the doors. Instructed to make said door tight fitting and rodent proofed.

39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: 3-305. 12 observed large pots being stored under a sewage pipe in the basement. Instructed to not store anything under sewer pipes.

41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: 3-304. 14 observed soiled wiping cloths being stored on the cutting board attached to the prep cooler in the prepared foods area. Instructed to store all wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution when not in use.

45. Single-use/single-service articles: properly stored & used
- comments: 4-502. 13 observed cardboard being reused as a floor liner and single use containers being reused for food storage in the walk in cooler. Instructed to not reuse single service articles.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: 4-601. 11 observed the top loader interior surface seems to be peeling. Instructed to replace top loader door or repair so that the surface is smooth and easily cleanable.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: 6-501. 12 observed the floors with accumulated dirt debris in both food prep areas. Instructed to clean.
