- comments: some areas in the upper reservoir of the ice machine in need of cleaning.

- comments: observed approximately 50 rat droppings along the wall baseboard under the liquor storage shelving in the basement liquor room. Instructed to remove all droppings, sanitize all affected areas, and recommend having the pest control co. Service for rats. Priority foundation violation 7-38-202(a) citation issued.

- comments: rusty blade on the tabletop can opener. Must replace.

- comments: leak on the nozzle of the cooks line hand washing sink. Must repair.

- comments: the above pending city of chicago certified food manager must provide proof of allergen training or certificate.

- comments: previous core violations from 11-15-22 report #2567101 not corrected. #39- 3-305. 11-- waste pipes above pots and pans stored on shelves in the basement storage area must be encased. The surface must be smooth, clean, and a non-absorbent surface. #39-- 3-307. 11--- a splash guard is needed between the handwashing sink and the three-compartment behind the main bar. The surface must be smooth, clean, and non-absorbent material. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
