Report date: Sep 27, 20235. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: no vomit and diarrhea clean up kit on premises as required; must provide. Instructed the person in charge that a vomit and diarrhea clean up kit must be provided in the event of a vomit and diarrheal incident on premises. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005.

- comments: found no exposed handsink in bar area for handwashing as required; must install with hot and cold running water, soap and handtowels. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c).

- comments: observed rear exit door not rodent proofed at right side when closed; instructed to properly rodent proof door.

- comments: no utility (mop) sink on premises for the disposal of waste water as required; must install with hot and cold running water and a backflow device.

- comments: observed clutter in basement area; instructed to remove unnecessary items to avoid potential rodent harborage.

- comments: the ventilation fans in the washrooms do not work; instructed to repair ventilation fans on the ceilings of both washrooms.
